Rust Vol. 3 is an awesome collection of metallic tuned and untuned kit percussion. Soundiron really captured the raw sound of the objects and devices they were recording.
The long sustained “ring” of the metallic objects, the raw sounds of the hits and scrapes, it’s all reproduced and a very realistic way. Nothing sounds “synthetic” not even the ambiences and drones they created form the samples. Definitely one to have if you’re looking for a different type of percussive element in your tracks.
